When Eve was a baby I loved playing her the song 'Happy' by Pharrell Williams, which was Number 1 in the charts at the time. I used to dance Eve about the lounge, singing the lyrics to her.
I've been a big fan of Pharrell for years (who hasn't?!) so my face lit up when I watched him being interviewed by a bunch of British school children about his new book, 'Happy!'
Pharrell has such a talent, along with being a beautiful human being inside and out, listening to him talk to the children makes me think that he's a fantastic father too. I hope you enjoy watching this as much as I did. I'll look forward to reading his book to Eve sometime.

Eve is so funny. I received an email from the Early Years Log yesterday, telling me that she had been enjoying singing and doing the actions to the 'Jingle Jangle Scarecrow' song.
On the way home from nursery last night she was shouting it out at the top of her voice, waving her arms about madly in the pram. We continued to sing it all the way until bedtime. I'm so thankful that she's such a happy girl, who enjoys singing and dancing so much.
