Stamptastic

I wanted to share a brilliant product with you today. A friend of my husbands family has teamed up with one of her pals to create Stamptastic. These two mum's have six children under the age of 13 between them.

They were fed up with the current labelling options and during their busy mum lives (they planned their meetings around after-school activities and nursery routines) they managed to create this fantastic product and set up a company. After a year in the making, (new start up company finalist 2013), Stamptastic was born.

Their website gives you the option to create personalised stamps which create permanent name tags - see their FAQ's for full details. http://www.stamptastic.co.uk/faqs/

When Eve started nursery I looked at labelling - I have posted about personalised stickers before, but these were quite expensive so I didn't buy any. And like the Stamptastic ladies say, who has time these days to sew or iron on labels? (these are the cheaper option to stickers). I don't even iron, so ironing on labels is a no no for me, that's for sure.

I usually try to write Eve's name into her clothes with a permanent marker, but the nib is quite fat and difficult to write on clothing, so I often forget or can't be bothered to do it. Now there is a solution, hurrah!

A personalised name stamp is £10 and the ink pad is £12. Postage and packaging is free in the UK. They also offer a range of other items for marking your kid's things.

As well as different fonts and font size you can also include a symbol on your stamp, which makes them fun. I chose a ladybird for Eve's stamp. Using their website is quick and easy. Within a couple of minutes I had created my design and submitted the order. A voila! A few days later the stamp set arrived in the post.

I had a great time stamping Eve's belongings on Sunday. I even stamped the labels on some of her soft toys, which are so dear to her.

I rate this product 10/10!
Well done and Thank you Stamptastic :-)
